    When the software works, it's great! But when there's a problem, be prepared to be treated with contempt and shocking rudeness by their support and sales staff. Escalation to their CEO, Shannon Sofield, resulted in the same attitude. No telehone support available which would be fine if they announced that on their site but they don't. PayPal better re-evaluate their andorsement of this 3rd party provider. Payloadz's attitude towards their customers reflects poorly on them as well.
