    I use 800 X 600 due to my eyesight; the area in which the content of the manual is displayed in, can be chartibly considered small... if not outright annoying for making me scroll for each new paragraph... right now I am trying to figure out how to download the content so I can print it at a large enough font/point size for sake of ease of reading... I cannot give a rating for its content, frankly because I cannot read much of it... so much for ADA and 508 compliance...

    We have revised the [PHP Manual] so that it is no longer framed within the main site frames. The manual should now be easy to read by visually impaired individuals. Virtual Solutions.
