MyDMS allows users to store documents, share them with other users and keep track of different versions. Documents are automatically converted to HTML when uploaded. So you can view Word- or PowerPoint-Documents for example online with your favourite browser. For security reasons MyDMS offers ACLs (Access Control List) that allows to control access to documents and folders on user and group basis. Users can be notified on new or expired documents via Email. A powerful keyword based search-function allows quick access to all documents. MyDMS uses PHP (with gd) and MySQL.

    This is a great document manager. It simply does that. Nothing else, nothing fancy, just stores documents. Makes them easy to find, easy to submit, easy to review, easy to version. Highly recommended!

    This is one easy way to store all your documents. It's understandable why most groupware tools don't have this function: they must have been waiting for MyDMS. Simple setup, user friendly web interface and an effective authorization model make for a first class productivity tool. And we love these added themes. It would be nice if it could be easily integrated as a module for CMS's or groupware tools.
