    I have using the system on my server since 2007. It streamlines the process of sending invoices, and tracking what people owe you. Also mostly important, there is an interface which allows your customers to login and get a full statement and history of his/her account. (No more lying about not receiving invoices) The system send the invoice upon creation and verification, and will send friendly reminders to your customers according to your specifictions (e.g. reminder sent every 10 days) I don't have to pay cloud fees, and the system is mine without monthy fees. Bottom line: My business has skyrocketed because my customers can see that I am truly setup in business, and I am keeping good sound records of our transaction. All this for $99... I am aware of quick books, and I have used it but this system is unbeatable because you can access it from anywhere to do your business, bringing your business online, INSTANTLY. ABSOLUTELY INGENIOUS!

    Bottom Line: Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    Written with real accounting in mind, I do not know another package which can handle 'due in' payment terms. This concept allows you to avoid customer service interruption immediately upon an invoice posted. Automated protected directoies - very nice idea which helps to implement custom order processing without plugins and patches to source code. Would give an Excellent rating if they supported MySQL... Alex
